Timelines is an interior monologue following an ordinary man quietly unraveling as he attempts to identify the moment reality began to feel different. Moving through familiar environments that subtly evolve, he connects cultural milestones, scientific discoveries, and internet-age mythology, from the Mayan calendar and CERN’s discovery of the Higgs boson to the Mandela Effect and theories of dimensional shifts. As his reasoning grows increasingly elaborate, the film explores a universal unease: the suspicion that something fundamental has changed, or worse, that nothing has, and we are only now noticing how little we ever understood.
